The Year Of Luigi may be long passed, but he still remains one of Nintendo’s most beloved characters. This is particularly true among one specific demographic of Nintendo fans, at least according to the company itself.
Some time before E3, Nintendo’s Bill Trinen met with the press to introduce the Luigi’s latest game: Luigi’s Mansion 3. During this meeting, Trinen revealed an interesting tidbit about the green-clad plumber: According to Nintendo’s internal research, Luigi is “a particularly attractive lead character ” to their female fans!
Unfortunately, Trinen did not elaborate on why this is the case, instead focusing on discussing the new story and gameplay elements of Luigi’s Mansion 3. Nevertheless, its kind of encouraging to know that despite always being in his brother’s shadow, Luigi’s still more popular with the ladies.
