During the recent Pokemon Presents, The Pokemon Company and Niantic announced the launch date of the next generation of Pokemon to be added to Pokemon GO.

On March 1st, Generation 7 Pokemon from the Alola Region will be making their debut in Pokemon GO. Until that day comes, Alolan Exeggutor will be appearing more frequently in the game.
