For many years, the Ancient Mew Pokemon TCG card, distributed at movie screenings for Pokemon the Movie: Mewtwo Strikes Back and Mewtwo Strikes Back Evolution was banned from official tournaments.
That’s no longer the case anymore as The Pokemon Company has announced the card could be used by players at official tournaments in Japan.
The card was previously banned as it’s all gibberish text. Now, as so long as you show your opponent an official printout distributed by The Pokemon Company stating the card’s 30 HP and its attack, you can use it in any way you like.
