The Switch’s success has attracted the attention of developers, competitors, and even dreamers. One company, Wonder has also hoped that they could emulate the Switch’s success with their upcoming Android-based Switch competitor.
Wonder plans to launch their own smartphone with a modified Android OS called WonderOS. Just like the Switch, you will be able to connect controllers to the smartphone. You will also be able to dock the smartphone and connect it to a TV.
Wonder also hopes to be able to provide a platform for original and third-party content when the product launches sometime next year. At the moment though, there is still no word on what the smartphone is going to pack or what it is going to cost. You can read more about Wonder from The Verge’s article here.
