A Nintendo spokesperson has officially confirmed Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp’s release date worldwide.
The game will launch on November 22, 2017 Japan Time. This would mean it will launch in the some countries in the west on November 21, 2017 Pacific Time. A total of 41 countries will be supported at launch, and the game will be available to download for free on both the iOS App Store and Android Google Play.

So not actually worldwide. Just in 41 countries. Of which my country is not included. Forgive my salt, but I dislike incorrect terminology especially when it affects me.
