During the Nintendo Direct Partner Showcase, Apex Legends was confirmed for a Nintendo Switch 2.

The free-to-play game was previously released on Nintendo Switch, but the Nintendo Switch 2 version will feature improved graphics and performance. It will launch on August 6, 2025, at the same time as a new season.
