The Pokemon Company has started a new event revolving around the Pokemon Vivillon.

The event is called the Vivillon challenge, and tasks players with evolving Spewpa into Vivillon in Pokemon Legends Z-A. Each Vivillon evolved grants Vivillon point. If the amount exceeds 660,000 globally, all players will receive a rare Poke Ball pattern Vivillon at a later date.

To help players on their way, a Mystery Gift of a Spewpa will run from now till November 19th 2026, accessible via the Internet. This Spewpa will evolve into one of the patterns that is not natively available in the game, except for Meadow, Marine, Garden, and the Poke Ball pattern.

Furthermore, a Vivillon tie-in event is running in Pokemon Champions. Players who deposit a Vivillon from Pokemon Legends Z-A will receive a Vivillon trainer icon, 6 Training Tickets, and 666 VP.
