The second ARMS Lab Report is out, giving us a small backstory on Kid Cobra, one of the game’s fighters.

“1 out of 100,000 people are born with the ARMS ability.  Within the roster, Kid Cobra was born with the ARMS ability, unlike the other fighters who were gifted. He’s always wearing his mask to hide his race from the public. This is a very interesting topic to investigate… we will increase our research.”
