It looks like fans of Atelier Sophie are in for more alchemic fun soon!
The Australian Classifications Board has published a new listing for Atelier Sophie 2: The Alchemist of the Mysterious Dream – which appears to be a numbered sequel to Atelier Sophie: The Alchemist of the Mysterious Book. Koei Tecmo and Gust are listed as the publisher and developer respectively.
The original Atelier Sophie first debuted on PS4, PS3, and PS Vita in 2015. A DX version was released more recently for PS4, Switch, and PC in April 2021.
Based on the timing of this new rating, it is likely that Koei Tecmo will reveal this new game during its Tokyo Game Show 2021 Online Special Program. We’ll report back if we hear more in the future!
