CASIO’s BABY-G X Pikachu Collaboration Watch has sold out in record time in Japan.
Nintendo Switch Information Blog has reported that the collaboration watch, which retailers started selling on November 1, 2019 12:00am JST, was sold out at all online retailers in Japan by 7am JST of the same day. These include huge retailers such as Amazon Japan, Yodobashi Camera, Bic Camera, and the official CASIO store. Small retailers and official resellers on Rakuten were not spared.
NintendoSoup, which was tracking sales for the watch, estimates that the BABY-G X Pikachu Collaboration Watch sold out in under 1 hour at Amazon Japan and Yodobashi Camera.
