Earlier this year, Bandai and The Pokemon Company released Eevee X Tamagotchi, where players can take care of Eevee in their very own Tamagotchi.
On June 3, 2019, Bandai issued a press release stating that some Eevee X Tamagotchi units manufactured have “certain issues and defects”. Customers experiencing these “issues and defects” could contact the Bandai Customer Service Center for more information on how to get a new set. There’s no word on what these defects are.
Bandai apologized for the “issues and defects” and will ensure it won’t happen again for future products.
