Bandai Namco, the creators of Pac-Man, Tekken, and other popular franchises, may be teaming up with Nintendo for another new project.
As originally highlighted on ResetEra, Bandai Namco has published multiple job listings for a new collaboration with Nintendo. Based on the content of the listings, it appears that this unknown project is a remaster for a “3D-Action Game” created by Nintendo. Bandai Namco’s listings include openings for planners and visual artists for the remaster, and you can find a rough translation (via Google) of one of the job descriptions below:
“As a visual artist for a 3D action game project on a Nintendo contract, You will be required to perform HD remastering of the 3D background.”
At the time of this writing, Nintendo has yet to announce any new titles that could match the specifics of these job descriptions. Stay tuned for more details as they come.
