Bandai Namco Reveals Studio 2/Studio S, A Development Studio Specifically For Their Nintendo Projects

Bandai Namco has announced the formation of Studio 2/Studio S, a new development studio meant specifically for their work with Nintendo.

The formation of this studio seems to be the next step of Bandai Namco’s ongoing relationship with Nintendo, having worked with them on numerous Switch titles. According to the official website for Studio 2/Studio S, the studio includes developers who worked on ARMS, Mario Kart, and Super Smash Bros.

The presence of Mario Kart and Smash Bros has got many fans speculating that this new studio might be working on the next entries in both franchises, following the conclusion of support for Mario Kart 8 Deluxe and Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. Stay tuned for more updates as they come.
