As it nears its first anniversary, the crossover fighting game Blade Strangers will be getting an awesome birthday boost!
Pikii (Blade Strangers‘ Japan publisher) has revealed that three new characters will be joining the game’s roster soon. They will be Aban from 1001 Spikes, Piaa from Doki Doki Poyacchio, and one unaanounced character from Umihara Kawase. Blade Stangers originally launched for Nintendo Switch on 30 August 2018.
It’s definitely been quite awhile since the title has popped up in any gaming news – but it’s nice to see that its developers are still giving loyal fans a reason to return to it after all this time!
We’ll report back when we learn the exact release date of these new fighters.
