During last week’s Blizzcon, Blizzard Entertainment announced Diablo Immortal, the first Diablo game for smartphones. Reception to Diablo Immortal was absolutely negative, as many expected Blizzard to announce Diablo IV.
Anyway, during a Q&A session with Diablo series level designer Matthew Burger, Burger was asked whether Diablo Immortal is on Nintendo Switch. Surprisingly, Burger replied that “it’s also on the Switch. You’re right”.
This is a pretty strange claim given that Diablo Immortal wasn’t announced for Nintendo Switch. It remains to be seen whether it’s a slip up or an announcement reserved for the future.

MR BURGER: Yes. It’s also on the Switch. You’re right.
