Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night hasn’t been ported over to Switch yet

So, how’s Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night’s development going? AppTrigger asked Bloodstained producer Koji Igarashi how’s progress for the Nintendo Switch version going, and he says they aren’t working on it yet. Here’s some good news – he’s confident the Switch port will look pretty similar to other platforms.

AT: Can Nintendo Switch owners expect a similar level of background detail as the platform shown off in the trailers?

KI: Currently, we’re not in the middle of porting to Nintendo Switch just yet, but we are starting porting to PS Vita. In comparison to that porting process, we feel confident that the environments will look pretty similar, but we can’t say for sure until we really look into the Nintendo Switch specs and see what it’s like building a game for it.

Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night is currently scheduled for release on Nintendo Switch in March 2018.
