Capcom Ordered To Pay USD1.4 Million To Koei Tecmo

Last year, the Japanese court ruled in favor of Koei Tecmo in a lawsuit where Koei Tecmo sued Capcom for patent infringement.

Today, the amount of damages have been decided by the judges – Capcom has to pay 156,913,710 yen (about USD1.4 million) to Koei Tecmo for losing the case.
