A Pokemon Store will be opening its doors at Aeon Okinawa Mall on July 15. To celebrate, Okinawan Pokemon Center merchandise will be exclusively sold at both Pokemon Store Aeon Mall Raikamu and Pokemon Store Ryubo. Both stores are located on the sunny island of Okinawa.
The star of the show is Ryukyu Costume Pikachu. This plush wears a traditional Okinawan outfit.
And here’s Eevee, wearing a Growlithe costume in two different expressions and directions. This is based off the Shisa (lion-dogs) in Okinawan mythology.
