After much anticipation Super Nintendo World Japan held the grand opening for its Donkey Kong Expansion.

The grand opening was celebrated with a short opening ceremony, which featured appearances from Nintendo’s Shigeru Miyamoto, Universal Studios CEO JL Bonnier, and mascots of Mario and Donkey Kong.
