Chrono Trigger Director Takashi Tokita Is Now Oninaki’s Creative Producer

On a recent Weekly Famitsu issue, it was revealed that Takashi Tokita has joined Tokyo RPG Factory’s development team for Oninaki.

Takashi Tokita will now be working on the action RPG as the game’s creative producer. Joining with him is Hirotaka Inaba who now handles the scenarios for Oninaki. Inaba has also worked on the scenarios of past Tokyo RPG Factory games – I Am Setsuna and Lost Sphere.

Additionally, Oninaki’s development will be helmed by Atsushi Hashimoto and Ryutaro Sasaki, Tokyo RPG Factory’s director and producer, respectively. At press time, the game’s development is at 65 percent completion.

Tokyo RPG Factory’s latest action RPG Oninaki is slated for Switch release in Summer 2019.
