Looks like the physical version of the Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled: Nitros Oxide Edition is no longer exclusive to Europe.

GameStop is now taking pre-orders for the Switch physical version of Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled: Nitros Oxide Edition in the US. Apparently the Nitros Oxide Edition is exclusive to GameStop in the US and comes with a set of four enameled pins for USD69.99.
