The official Nintendo online shop in the Czech Republic has dated Dark Souls Remastered for an August 31, 2018 release.
This is the first time an official Nintendo store has given Dark Souls Remastered a release date. August 31 could very well be the date as it’s a Friday, the day most AAA games are released. The official Japanese My Nintendo Store still lists a Summer 2018 launch window.
In May 2018, Bandai Namco Entertainment and From Software pushed back Dark Souls Remastered’s Nintendo Switch release to a vague Summer 2018 launch window, citing they need more time for development.
Since then, the company has not revealed a new release date for Dark Souls Remastered. Summer ends on September 23, 2018.
