Curious to find out more about the new Raid Battle mechanic in Pokemon Sword And Shield?
Looking into the game’s files, dataminers have managed to discover the full list of possible Raid Pokemon encounters. Furthermore, they also managed to uncover some additional details about how they work. More info follows after the Spoiler Image.
According to the datamine, each game has around 1000 different Raid Pokemon for players to encounter. Raid Pokemon have a chance to have Hidden Abilities, and may drop useful items such as Technical Records and Rare Candies. The Raid Pokemon also have different Star-Rarities, with higher-starred Pokemon being of higher level and giving better rewards.
