Good Old Downloads, a website that distributes games illegally on the Internet, has taunted Nintendo’s lawsuits by opening a retro games ROM section.
In a video released on Twitter, Good Old Downloads made fun of Nintendo of America COO Reggie Fils-Aime by replacing his words to say “If It’s not emulated, why bother?”
The video proceeds to show press coverage of Nintendo taking down ROM websites, and ended with the site’s logo plastered over Thanos proclaiming they’ll “do it myself”.
Good Old Downloads is certainly playing with fire – we’ll have to wait and see how Nintendo responds with their defiance.
