Designer Imagines How The Game Boy Would Look Like If Released Today

YJ Joon, an industrial designer, has come up with several pieces of artwork imagining how the Game Boy would look like if Nintendo released it today.

Joon calls his modern imagination of the Game Boy the “Nintendo Flex”. If the Game Boy was designed today, the Nintendo Flex would have a much thinner body and larger screen, a new curved screen that provides a more immersive experience, stick-like cartridges, and an overall look and feel similar to the Game Boy. It lacks a D-Pad though.
