Thanks to realistic Pokemon artist RJ Palmer, we now know what the scrapped museum scene from Detective Pikachu could have looked like.
As it turns out, RJ Palmer was the one who originally pitched the idea for a museum scene while working on Detective Pikachu. According to Palmer, his main goal was to shine a spotlight on various fossil Pokemon, particularity his favorite Pokemon Tyrantrum.
Although the scene itself didn’t quite make it into the film, Palmer recently decided to share what he came up with on Twitter, giving us a detailed look into what could have been.
