id Software has shared footage of a nostalgic Doom franchise feature that will be making a return in Doom Eternal.
The feature in question is the “centered weapon” option, a classic throwback to the early days of first-person shooters (FPS). As many of you know, modern FPS games have the weapons aligned either to the left or right in order to be more realistic. The centered weapon option was also included in Doom 2016, and is now confirmed to return in Doom Eternal.
Check it out in action below:
Doom Eternal is set to launch sometime after March 2020 for Switch.
