Hobonichi has unveiled a new item in their line of merch based on Earthbound/Mother.
The new release is a replica of the Evil Mani-Mani Statue from Earthbound, a cursed object which plays a significant role in the game. In a testament to its sinister power, the statue was trending on Twitter in Japan for a short time after its announcement, as highlighted by Hobonichi below:
The statue is planned to ship in Later May 2023, and will be available for pre-order on Hobonichi’s online store here from 8th March until 29th March 2023. The store ships internationally, so be sure to check out the listing if you’re interested in finding out more.
