As most fans will know, Nintendo will be celebrating Mario’s 35th birthday this year by releasing a special Game & Watch: Super Mario Bros. console. With The Legend of Zelda’s own 35th anniversary approaching next year, however – one fan took a crack at what Link’s very own Game & Watch console would look like, as well!

As you can see below, Twitter user  @Oli_Pauwels recently shared their own mock-up of a hypothetical Game & Watch: The Legend of Zelda retro console! One might almost assume it was official, given how spot-on it looks with its green theme!

Alas, this concept is merely a dream for now. We’ll just have to wait and see if Nintendo announces something as grand as this for the Zelda series’ big birthday in 2021!
