Three Houses has sold almost double the amount that Awakening did at launch and more that doubled the Fates titles Birthright and Conquest. Awakening has held the top place in sales for Fire Emblem games in the last ten years so it’s no small feat for another game to surpass it.
Fire Emblem: Three Houses is the first game in the franchise to come to the Switch after five entries were released on the 3DS.
