The official Fire Emblem Twitter account has updated with some new details about Follow-Up Attacks, a gameplay feature in Fire Emblem: Three Houses.
Much like Support, Follow-up attacks are a staple of the Fire Emblem series. When two units engage in battle, the one with the higher speed stat will be able to initiate a Follow-up Attack.
Aside from the unit’s individual speed stat, the weight of a unit’s weapon also affects speed. Heavier weapons typically have higher attack but will slow units down, while lighter weapons have lower attack but may allow units to use follow-up attacks more often.
Fire Emblem: Three Houses is scheduled to release on July 26th for Nintendo Switch.
