Fire Emblem: Three Houses Sells 80% Of Its Initial Stock In Japan

Dengeki Online has revealed the sell-through rate for Fire Emblem: Three Houses‘ launch in Japan.

We know from past reports that Fire Emblem: Three Houses was dominating the Japanese sales charts with close to 150,000 units sold in 2 days. According to these new figures from Dengeki Online, this number is about 80% of its initial shipment, meaning that its performing significantly better than Nintendo’s expectations.

Dengeki Online also took care to highlight its performance compared to other entries in the series such as Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance or Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn, showing that the game has not only smashed both titles’ initial sales records, but is well on its way to surpassing the their total sales as well.

  • Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance sold 99,800 copies in its first week and 169,000 copies in total.
  • Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn sold 89,000 copies in its first week and 183,000 copies in total.
