Nintendo has released official photos of Link and Zelda as they appear in The Legend Of Zelda live-action movie.
The photos give us our first look at Bo Bragason as Zelda and Benjamin Evan Ainsworth as Link, along with some comments from Shigeru Miyamoto about the filming. As in last week’s leak, Zelda is wearing a blue outfit reminiscent of Breath Of The Wild, while Link is wearing his iconic green ensemble. Miyamoto also confirms that filming has begun on the movie, and is currently on track to be completed by the film’s release date of May 7th 2027
This is Miyamoto. Filming is underway for the live-action film of The Legend of Zelda in a lush, natural setting, with Bo Bragason-san who will play Zelda and Benjamin Evan Ainsworth-san who will play Link. Filming is on track for the film’s release on May 7, 2027. It will take a while until the release, so we would be grateful if you would wait patiently and look forward to it.
