This week, the Pokemon GO AR Platform Exhibition featuring Microsoft Hololens technology has kicked off in Japan.

Niantic’s Masa Kawashima has shared a video showing how the Pokemon GO AR Platform tech works through Microsoft Hololens. It’s pretty similar to the Pokemon GO reveal trailer – you get to see all the gyms and PokeStops in the city changing in real time, as well as Pokemon spawning in different parts of Tokyo. Imagine this in real life – so cool and surreal.
