Four Pokemon Scarlet/Violet Tera Raid And Mass Outbreak Events Announced For August 2026

The Pokemon Company has announced some new special events for Pokemon Scarlet And Violet.

From August 7th to September 3rd 2026, four Tera Raid and Mass Outbreak events will be run across successive weeks, each focusing on a different Pokemon as follows:

• From August 7th at 00:00 UTC through August 13th at 23:59 UTC
  • Glimmora will be in 7 Star Raids with the Grass Tera Type.
  • A Mass Outbreak Event where you can find Glimmet in Paldea and Glimmet & Glimmora in Kitakami. The Mass Outbreak event features a boosted Shiny Chance
• From August 14th at 00:00 UTC through August 20th at 23:59 UTC
  • Annihilape will be in 7 Star Raids with the Ghost Tera Type.
  • A Mass Outbreak Event where you can find Mankey & Primeape in Paldea and Mankey, Primeape & Annihilape in Kitakami. The Mass Outbreak event features an increased chance to find these Pokémon with the Angry Mark
• From August 21st at 00:00 UTC through August 27th at 23:59 UTC
  • Farigiraf will be in 7 Star Raids with the Fairy Tera Type.
  • A Mass Outbreak Event where you can find Girafarig in Paldea and Girafarig and Farigiraf in the Blueberry Academy. The Mass Outbreak event features an increased chance to find these Pokémon with the Intellectual Mark
• From August 28th at 00:00 UTC through September 3rd at 23:59 UTC
  • Kingambit will be in 7 Star Raids with the Dark Tera Type.
  • A Mass Outbreak Event where you can find Pawniard & Bisharp in Paldea and Pawniard, Bisharp and Kingambit in Kitakami. The Mass Outbreak event features an increased chance to find these Pokémon with the Charismatic Mark

Serebii Update: The next Pokémon Scarlet & Violet 7 Star Tera Raid Battles and Mass Outbreak Events have been revealed focused on Glimmora, Annihilape, Farigiraf and Kingambit

At the time of this writing, it is not known why these specific Pokemon were chosen, but its likely that its to tie into the Pokemon World Championships, as all four Pokemon are useful in competitive play.
