Ubisoft and Nintendo’s lovechild, Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle will receive a mega update tomorrow.
The free update will add a new versus mode, a multiplayer game mode that allows players to pit their strategy against fellow humans. The game mode will be slightly different from the conventional gameplay though. Players will only get three actions per turn, preventing any player from blitzing to victory. The mode’s selectable characters are also evenly matched, providing a level playing field. Power-ups will be spread out throughout the field too to allow a more interesting gameplay.
Players can play this new local multiplayer using one or two Joy-cons. So go ahead and try it out when the free update drops tomorrow 8 December 2017. You can head on to Ubisoft’s blog here for more information.
