XSEED, the publisher of Freedom Planet, has applied for an age rating for the game with the ESRB this year.
The age rating is for the Nintendo Switch and PS4 versions of the game. This is the second time Freedom Planet has been rated for Nintendo Switch. As the game is currently a digital-only release, the age rating could be part of plans for a physical release in the near future.
