Pokemon developer Game Freak has announced another new non-Pokemon related title for mobile devices.

The game is called Ame No Chi Hare Onna, and follows a magical girl powered by the weather, with real-world weather having various effects within the game. The game will specifically take cues for weather in Japan, implying that it is only planned to release there at the time of this writing.
