Gamefreak has announced the release window for their new non-Pokemon game Beast Of Reincarnation.
The “one-person, one-dog action RPG” from the developers of Pokemon is planned to release on Summer 2026 for PC, PS5, and XBox Series. In an interview with IGN, game director Kota Furushima said they had “nothing to announce right now” about other platforms, in response to a question about a potential Switch 2 release.
You guys have a really long, historical relationship with Nintendo. Is there any chance we’ll see this game come to Nintendo Switch 2 eventually?
Furushima: There’s nothing to announce right now about other platforms that have not already been announced.
