GameSpot, which has gotten their hands on an early review copy of the PlayStation Classic, has performed a comparison between the PlayStation Classic and last year’s SNES Classic Edition.
According to GameSpot, both the PlayStation Classic and SNES Classic Edition look and feel the same way as their original counterparts. The controls are a “perfect replica” for both consoles. However, the PlayStation Classic failed in terms of its weak lineup of games, especially when compared to the SNES Classic Edition’s biggest hits and the surprise inclusion of Star Fox 2.
In conclusion, Nintendo has done a perfect job with the SNES Classic Edition “at all levels”. GameSpot says the choice between both is clear.
