Previously, we reported that Game Freak’s Giga Wrecker Alt. would see a delay in the Japanese eShop. Fortunately, it looks like western players won’t suffer the same fate.
According to publisher Rising Star, the game is still hitting the Switch eShop on 2 May 2019, as originally scheduled. Apparently, the ‘various circumstances’ which are affecting the Japanese launch will not extend to North America and Europe.
We’ll report back if anything new crops up. Hopefully we’ll also get more details about the game’s supposed physical release through Limited Run Games, soon.
