HAL Laboratory Tokyo Employee Headcount Increases, Moves To Same Building As Game Freak

Today we have two pieces of news to share with you about HAL Laboratory, the developers behind the Kirby series.

First, HAL Laboratory’s Tokyo location has moved to a new office building called Kanda Square. Kanda Square is an important building because it is home to Nintendo EPD (Entertainment Planning Division) Tokyo branch as well as Game Freak, the developers behind Pokemon.

Next, HAL Laboratory’s employee headcount has increased from 169 to 195 as of July 20, 2020.
