Gaming news outlet Destructoid has published some first impressions of Harvest Moon: Mad Dash, Natsume’s upcoming Harvest Moon spinoff game.
Rather than a farming life simulator, Harvest Moon: Mad Dash is more of a color matching puzzle game. Players work to match different kinds of crops by linking them into squares which make the crops grow larger and larger until they are ready for harvest. As players advance through the game, more tasks involving similar puzzle elements become available such as catching fish, milking cows and so on.
