Hellboy, Nimue, Gruagach and Ben Daimio from Hellboy Join the Brawlhalla Roster in April

Some super fighters are entering the free to play fighting game Brawlhalla.

Hellboy is an upcoming movie based on the comic series from the publisher Dark Horse.

One hell of a superhero, Hellboy is back and he’s on fire.  Today, in celebration of the upcoming movie, Ubisoft announced that they’ve partnered with global content leaders Lionsgate (NYSE: LGF.A, LGF.B) and Millennium Media to bring the iconic Hellboy characters:

Nimue, Gruagach

Ben Daimio

Hellboy

into Brawlhalla®’s roster in April.

Brawlhalla® is a free-to-play platform fighter game with more than 15 million players on PC and PlayStation®4 computer entertainment system, and is also available on the Xbox One family of devices including Xbox One X, and the Nintendo Switch™ system.

This seems to be similar to the Thanos event that happened last year in Fortnite shortly after Avengers: Infinity War debuted.

Players were able to become him or  use him as a distraction to take out other players.

How do you feel about this promotion for the upcoming movie? Let us know your thoughts in the comments.
