These three requirements are the exact conditions discovered in the game’s code, so it’s pretty much 100% accurate unlike what other websites are saying.

The three requirements are as follows:

1. 30 days must have passed since Nook’s Cranny was built
2. You must have made 200,000 bells worth of transactions at Nook’s Cranny (buying and selling included)
3. Mabel must have visited
