As reported previously, Hobonichi has been operating limited-time Mother pop-up shops in Tokyo and Osaka – which offer exclusive Mother/Earthbound series merchandise. If you’ve been hoping to take a closer peek at them, now you can!
Thanks to Twitter user @masato_furuya, we now have numerous photos showing one of the store’s interiors. A miniature exhibit even showcases some retro Mother products as well (although none are for sale).

Unfortunately, today (27 December 2020 in Japan) will be last day that the store is open in Tokyo’s PARCO Shibuya mall. Let’s hope Hobonichi sees enough success to open a more permanent store for Mother goods in the future!
