Having trouble with the retro difficulty of Game & Watch: Super Mario Bros.? Well, here are some secrets that might help you beat Bowser and his minions more easily!
As it turns out, the mini console has a couple of secret codes that give players access to either infinite lives or a useful level select function! To play with infinite lives, players can just hold the “A” button for five seconds on the start screen of either Super Mario Bros. or Super Mario Bros. 2.
As for the level select, players just need to tap the “B” button on the title screen of either game. This will allow players to start at the first stage of each world (e.g. 2-1), provided that they have previously reached it on a previous run already.
