Nintendo of Europe has shared a simple infographic teaching players how they can calibrate their Poke Ball Plus or Joy-Con to perform a better throw in Pokemon Let’s GO Pikachu/Eevee.

First, trainers have to find a wild Pokemon, and then raise their throwing arm. Select “Get Ready” and then press the A button or control stick. Finally, make a throwing motion and there you go!
