Travis Strikes Again: No More Heroes, the latest No More Heroes spinoff from Grasshopper Manufacture, is about to launch for Nintendo Switch next month.
One of the burning questions people have for Suda51 is how the game was named. In a Game Informer interview, Suda51 revealed that he wanted to give Travis “a new adventure and a new experience”, so he decided to give it a new name and IP called Travis Strikes Again, instead of No More Heroes.
Read his full explanation below:
“I wanted to give Travis a new adventure and a new experience. Up until now you know he’s been fighting as an assassin, but this time I wanted him to actually go inside the world of video games. So I thought it would be a good chance to make it a new IP of its own, that’s why it’s not No More Heroes.”
