Earlier this week, Nintendo revealed Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity for Nintendo Switch – a prequel set 100 years before Breath of the Wild. If you’re afraid of facing Calamity Ganon on your own…well, you won’t have to rough it out alone!
The game’s official website is currently live, and confirms that Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity will indeed support local co-op multiplayer! The wording also seems to imply that a single Joy-Con is all the second player needs to jump in, as well:
